Solid Top Mats
Fibreglass Grating Ltd has introduced
a new range of solid
top mats for industry. Their range of products can be tailored
to suit individual requirements, and applied to any size area. The
properties of the safety matting conform to the
highest slip resistance tests and can significantly reduce cases
of slips and trips. The solid
top mats is impervious to most acids, oils, and chemicals. In
addition, the hardwearing surface can withstand temperatures of
up to 160°.
For personnel who spend the majority
of their workday on their feet, the matting is designed to alleviate
fatigue and discomfort in the lower legs and feet, which can lead
to circulation problems and varicose veins. It has also proved highly
effective in reducing back pain, which accounts for 150 million
